The Applied Psychology Center is a psychology clinic with services and programs to enrich your life, enhance emotional strength and resilience, and build cognitive and interpersonal skills—to help you achieve a balanced, satisfying life.

The Centre has developed from the clinical psychological assessment, treatment, and training of hundreds of children, adolescents, and adults. We offer solutions for problems as varied as autism, AD/HD, anxiety and mood disorders, substance-abuse problems, learning disabilities, stress disorders, and more.

We provide traditional psychological services, and take a special interest in using the principles of applied psychophysiology to teach our clients the practice and principles of self-regulation, the core mental-health skill.

We are under the direction of Dr. Don Maxwell (Registered Psychologist), and have been serving Toronto and the surrounding area for 15 years.

As you review our programs and treatments, be aware that as a private mental-health clinic, you the client, are the focus of our activities.
